I will be using this image of Kat Von D. If you are the owner of this photograph, please contact me so I can give you credit.

First, add a new raster layer and fill it with the colour #b45830. Set the layer to Lighten at 67%.

Then, create another new raster layer and fill it with the colour #3a5e34. Set the layer to Soft Light at 100%.

Next, duplicate your base layer twice, and move both of the duplicated layers to the top. Set them both to Soft Light at 100% and you’re done.
