Image Effects

I will be using a blend of Alex Gaskarth. I’m unaware of who took the photos, so if you are the owner, please contact me. To see the images larger, click on them.

First, duplicate your layer. Then, select your duplicated layer.

After you’ve done that, go to Adjust >> Hue and Saturation >> Curves. Match your settings to mine. You will have to drag the line to match mine.


Now, you should have a very bright image.

Next, duplicate your base layer again and drag it to the top of your layers palette. Set it to Overlay at 100% opacity.

And now all you need to do is add brushes and you’re done! Here’s how mine turned out:
